How long will my order take to arrive?
We ask for you to allow upto 7 working days from the date of your original order. Although we quote goods will be despatched within 7 working days from receipt of order, we endeavour to send orders out on the next working day. But please still allow upto 7 working days. You will be advised if any part of your order is out of stock and cannot be delivered within 28 working days. If this is the case (extremely rarely) we will give you the option to wait for your order or have your PayPal transaction refunded in full.
How are my goods despatched?
We use only Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery service. .
Goods will be despatched to reach UK mainland customers upto 7 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability using 1st class delivery.
Can I pay extra for next day delivery?
Next day delivery costs £4.00 please add this to your shopping basket.
Can I go visit your shop?
Unfortunately no, we are an internet shop only. This keeps our overheads down and allows you to shop on-line 24 hours a day.

As we are an internet based shop we are not able to offer telephone support, but are more than happy to telephone you if there are any issues you wish to discuss. We use PayPal as our authorized payment provider, widely regarded as the leaders in this field. We do not have access to any credit card details whatsoever; we receive notification of payment from PayPal confirming name, address product purchased and the amount of the order only.
How do I return goods if there is a problem?
Should the goods be faulty or damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt and send the goods back in the original packaging. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. Our address can be found on the Contact Us page. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. We will replace the items or refund the full amount, Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.
What if the goods are not suitable?
Should the goods not be suitable, a full refund will be given within 7 days of purchase providing the seller has emailed us using the Contact Us requesting a refund also providing the goods have not been used and have the original packaging, with postage costs being paid by you. Please obtain proof of postage and/or send recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.

Delivery
We accept orders from anywhere in the world, if your delivery address is outside the UK £5.50 will be added to your order at the paypal checkout.
All orders are sent beautifully packaged in a white box with tissue paper and sent by Royal Mail. We make every endeavor to dispatch orders the next working day but please allow upto 7 working days from receipt of order subject to availability.
You will be advised if any of your ordered items are temporary unavailable, which will prevent them being delivered within 28 working days. If this happens you will be given the option to go ahead with your order and await arrival once in stock, or you obtain a full refund.
Return Terms
All sales come with 7 day full refund or exchange guarantee.(not including postage) If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within this period and we will replace the defective item for you.
